These Terms of Use govern your use of insuredbyfortress.com (the "Site"), operated by Fortress Insurance Alliance Inc ("Fortress," "we," "us"), a Florida-licensed independent Fortress Insurance Alliance Inc (License #L138585). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.
Requesting a quote, submitting a form or sending a message through the Site does not bind, change or cancel any insurance coverage. Coverage begins only when an insurance company accepts your application and you receive written confirmation from us or the insurer. Do not make changes to existing coverage based on a quote alone.
Quotes are estimates based on the information you provide and the insurance company's guidelines at the time. Final premiums, eligibility and coverage are set by the insurer and may change after underwriting review. You are responsible for giving complete and accurate information; inaccurate information may affect your premium, eligibility or claims.
